The airflow of the Scorpion has been measured up to an amazing 326 cfm.
Add either our Power Booster or Mitey-One Hybrid Turbo
and this can be increased to up to 420 cfm!

These features enable us to offer the Scorpion package either as a stand-alone machine as seen above, which can either be left on the van (truck mounted) or demounted when required, or we can supply optional van-mounted tanks to increase the already adequate clean and waste water capacities.

We can also supply the choice of two external through-flow boosters to extend the working distance from the machine..

The Scorpion design concept has, from the outset, been of not just amazing cleaning power, but a modular system that can be tailored to suit the way that you work. The Scorpion-3 incorporates our innovative “Intelligent Airflow Management System” that automatically helps regulate and increase air-flow within system on operator demand!
Internally the system is extremely operator friendly regarding maintenance. New advanced electrical harness technology featuring colour coded wiring with component quick disconnect eliminated any hassles and frustrations.
Operator friendly maintenance extends beyond electrical quick-connects - the vacuum units also incorporate quick-connects on inlet and outlet on the internal air ducting.
Machine noise level has been reduced to an all-time low - but can be further reduced via optional external silencers.
Pressure: Adjustable up to 500 psi Quad-cell pump with brushless induction motor for maximum endurance.
Three special High Performance 3-stage vacuum units.
Tank capacity: 16/15 gallon Solution/recovery . Featuring high air-flow, view-though design. Featuring solution re-circulating and unique Power Spray System.
Dimensions: 34" high x 30" long x 18" wide (approx.) Weight approx. 87 lbs*.
Wheels: two 10" rigid rear and 3" castors to front, with brakes.

having used this machine for the past 12 months, I still get excited and cant wait to go on to the next job, the power is out of this world , having owned several machines over the last 8 years, this is the most powerful machine to date . cleaning all fitted carpets of 4 and 5 bed houses from my van makes my life easy I.I never need to unload it and the soil removal is amazing thanks nick (Posted on 27/10/2011)

I got my scorpion a few weeks ago and i have to say the machine is superb, i have just got back from cleaning a trashed loop pile living room carpet, when i saw the carpet my heart sank, i thought i would be there for hours scrubbing but no the carpet was cleaned beautifully within the hour including set up and tare town time, i am so very impressed with the machine and its performance and best of all it used less water than i would normally use and far less prespray than normal even on a trashed carpet and the carpet was left dryer as well, all i can say is WOW the scorpion is truly superb, go try one and you will see what i mean. Having owned my Scorpion for quite a few years, late last year I decided to take a good look at other machines which had come on the market to see if anything offered a better option than what I already had.

It soon became apparent that moving away from the Scorpion would have been taking a backward step.

My existing machine was still working extremely well and apart from the odd minor scratch or two still looked good such is the build quality. I decided in the end to simply replace and renew the vac motors, upgrade to the 500psi pump and renew minor internals. Going down this route of replacement & upgrade was a no brainer from a monetary point of view.

Yes I will need to buy a new machine at some future date, but from how the machine has stood up to an awful lot of work over the years I am sure it will be quite some time before that comes around.

The back up and service from Solution is well documented and is second to none in my opinion, and they are my first port of call for machines, products and invaluable technical advice. (Posted on 01/04/2011)
