World Of Clean is a Trade only Business to Business website.
Acceptance of Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all users of the World of Clean Site including casual browsers.
We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the Site are accurately described. Please note that all measurements are approximate.
We endeavor to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. This is updated every week. In the event that you order an item which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. All other items will be dispatched immediately to arrive within the normal timescales.
Provision of information
All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Prices are exclusive of VAT. In the unlikely event that you order an item and the price published on the website was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to continue your order at this price.
You may pay for your order in the following ways:
Paypal / Credit Card, by Cheque or postal order or Bank Transfer payable to Solution World of Clean Ltd
Delivery UK mainland addresses
On all orders received on weekdays before 2pm we aim to deliver your order next working day or within 2 working days (Monday to Thursday) from confirmation of your order, although it may not always be possible to do so. You will be notified of any delivery charges when you place your order. Our current delivery service uses an overnight courier service on most items and royal mail postal service on small items.
Friday orders will be dispatched on the Friday the order is placed for delivery on the following Monday
Special orders required for a Saturday arrival are available but should be booked by calling 01209 204343
We may cancel a contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.
Cancellation by you where the product is not faulty.
In the event that you cancel an order before the items have been dispatched to you we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within 30 working days of receipt of written notification from you that you wish to cancel your order (written means via post, facsimile or email).
At our discretion we may accept a cancellation of your order during a period not exceeding 7 working days following the day after you receive your order.
Specially ordered items may not normally be cancelled or returned for credit. The applies to machinery and Equipment
Cancelled orders after 7 days of receipt may be subject to a re-stocking fee of 20% or must be proportional to the true cost to the business itself.
We will accept faulty or damaged returned items up to 30 days from the invoice date (at your expense).
Please call customer services to notify us of returns immediately after noticing a fault or damaged item. Refunds will be made back to the method of payment used at time of purchase. i.e, your account or a cheque.
Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.
Any refunds will be made within 30 working days.
Damaged or Lost Merchandise Claims
Report all claims for goods damaged during delivery to the courier. Remember to keep the original delivery box for inspection by the courier. Claims must be made within 14 days of delivery.
All carriers require you to inform us about box shortages or damaged material.
Do not sign for delivery until you’ve checked the box count and looked for damage. Freight damaged claims must be initiated by you. Keep both the delivery container and the damaged material for inspection or pick-up.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the use of the website and the items and services offered via the website. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and you should therefore check them each time you intend to make a new purchase.
If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term. All goods supplied remain the fully owned property of Solution Cornwall Ltd until paid for in full, and may be redeemed and subject to additional charges.
