Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the World of Clean Site including casual browsers.

Description

We try to ensure that all of the items shown on the Site are accurately described. Please note that all measurements are approximate.

Availability

We endeavor to indicate if an item is unavailable for any reason. This is updated every week. In the event that you order an item which we subsequently discover is unavailable, we will contact you and let you know when we anticipate that the item will become available. All other items will be dispatched immediately to arrive within the normal timescales.

Provision of information

When you order any items from us you will need to provide us with your name, address, e-mail address.. We will use these details in accordance with our privacy policy You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself whenever you order any items from us. This includes a valid email address an telephone number.

Please Note we do not store or hold any customer financial details, (Credit or Debit card numbers)

Pricing

All prices are stated in pounds sterling. Prices are exclusive of VAT. In the unlikely event that you order an item and the price published on the website was incorrect for any reason we will contact you to let you know the correct price and ask you whether you still wish us to continue your order at this price.

Payment

You may pay for your order in the following ways:

Paypal / Credit Card by Cheque or postal order or Bank Transfer payable to Solution Cornwall Ltd

On all orders received on weekdays before 2pm we aim to deliver your order next working day or within 2 working days (Monday to Thursday) from confirmation of your order, although it may not always be possible to do so. A delivery charge may be payable if your order is below £75 net (before VAT). You will be notified of any delivery charges when you place your order. Our current delivery service uses an overnight courier service on most items and royal mail postal service on small items.

Friday orders will be dispatched on the Friday the order is placed for delivery on the following Monday

Special orders required for a Saturday arrival are available but should be booked by calling 01209 204343

Right to cancel, Returns and Refunds

In the event that you cancel an order before the items have been dispatched to you, we will give you a full refund of any monies paid within five working days of receipt of written notification from you that you wish to cancel your order (written means via post, facsimile or email). At our discretion we may accept a cancellation of your order during a period not exceeding 7 working days following the day after you receive your order. In this event moneys refunded will be subject to a re-stocking charge of 20% of the order value. All machines are manufacturered to order, and deposit paid on order is non refundable.

Refunds will be made within five working days of your having returned the items to us (at your expense) providing we receive them in an unused re-salable condition - please call customer services to notify us of returns. Refunds will be made back to the method of payment used at time of purchase. i.e, your account or a cheque.

Please note that your right to return items to us in accordance with these terms and conditions is in addition to any other statutory rights you may have.

General

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between us in respect of the use of the website and the items and services offered via the website. We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and you should therefore check them each time you intend to make a new purchase.

If any of these terms and conditions are found to be invalid this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall remain fully enforceable. No waiver by us of any term shall be deemed to be continuing or shall be deemed to be a waiver of any other term. All goods supplied remain the fully owned property of Solution Cornwall Ltd until paid for in full, and may be redeemed and subject to additional charges.
