Solution Line Repair Crimp

The repair crimp enables swift restoration of a split solution line, providing a new thread ready for a quick connect. Ideal for prompt repairs while working on-site.

• Cut the hose (you may need a hacksaw, or cable cutter)
• Mark the useable hose at 22mm from the end.
• Strip the rubber of the first 6-13mm of the hose.
• Install the sleeve by threading it on counter clockwise until the 22mm line from step 2.
• Install the insert by threading it onto the sleeve clockwise by hand.
• Tighten the insert against the sleeve until the gap is closed. Do not over tighten!.
