Oven Cleaning Dip Tank Powder
An extremely effective oven cleaning dip tank powder that can also be used for cleaning deep fat fryers.
Easily removes baked on carbon, grease, fat & grime. It’s highly effective formula will leave you with sparkling oven racks, fans, trays and other oven parts.
Dilutions:
- For use in a oven dip tank: add 1 scoop per 1 litre of hot/boiling water.
- Add items to be cleaned to tank and allow solution to work, remove, scrub and rinse down.
- For use in fat fryers: add 1 scoop per 1 litre of water, boil, clean, then drain.
Wear suitable gloves and eye/face protection.
Not for use on brass, copper and aluminium. Product is classed as caustic.

Mixed a fairly weak solution to begin with, and sprayed it onto filters that were fatty and the fats melted away immediately and left a nice shine without marks.
We will be using this in the future instead of the other products on the market.
