Oven Gloop – Oven Cleaner & Carbon Remover – 5L
Save time & money with our unique gel formula, it easily removes baked on carbon, grease, oils & fats from ovens – quick & simple!
Removes baked on grease and carbon from metal, glass and ceramic surfaces. Use on ovens, grills, utensils, fryers, baking trays, hot plates or anywhere carbon build up is a problem.
Oven Gloop’s clinging gel formulation gets to work where it’s needed, even on vertical surfaces.
Directions for use:
- For best results apply to a warm surface. Remove excess carbon build up with a scraper or cloth.
- Use a small brush to cover the build up with an even coat to the same thickness as the grease or carbon.
- Leave to act until the carbon is loosened, agitate lightly with a brush or pad if necessary.
- Rinse off thoroughly with water.
Use only for short contact time on aluminium. Avoid painted surfaces. Always wear rubber gloves when using this product.

Heat the oven to around 120 degrees, with an oven cleaning blade scrape off as much as you can then brush on (2” brush) the oven gloop and leave for at least 20mins. I usually clean the racks whilst this is happening.
Then spray over the gloop with a non corrosive biological cleaner (or fairy liquid mixed with water) and watch the burnt on grease dissolve away. You may need to rub any small amounts of stubborn burnt on bits with a scourer (using The Pink Stuff).
The most important thing is not to get any of the gloop on the heating or grill elements and ensure the whole inside is rinsed thoroughly with hot water and fairy liquid.
Rinse rinse and rinse again otherwise when the oven is switched on and heats up you’ll get an unpleasant smell.
Very effective product that cuts down on time and effort.
Can be used on a warm oven door but don’t leave too long, just 5 minutes then rinse off thoroughly.
Don’t use on oven front or control panel.
