Floor Maintainer – 5L

Specially formulated to restore and enhance the appearance of sealed hard floor coatings. Contains thermoplastic polymer additives and compatible cleaning agents.

This unique formulation will also restore the appearance of our High Gloss Sealer, enhancing both its appearance and performance.

Directions for use:

• Dilute Floor Maintainer Concentrate at 20ml per 1 litre of water.
• Damp mop the floor or add to automatic scrubber driers diluted as above.

Once dry and for best affect buff the floor with an a high speed burnisher at 1500 rpm or higher, fitted with a clean floor polishing pad.

Floor Maintainer Concentrate when allowed to dry thoroughly will respond to burning speeds of 1500 rpm or 2400 rpm without powdering, it’s also suitable for use with propane powered burnishing equipment.

If a satin or matte appearance is preferred simply do not burnish, however, burnishing periodically will enhance and restore the excellent wear properties of our High Gloss Coating.

Use once a week in place of our Neutral Tile & Stone Cleaner to damp mop or auto scrub clean floors that have been coated with High Gloss Sealer.
