High Gloss Floor Sealer – 5L (Topical)

A long lasting durable topical floor coating. 

Specially formulated to protect hard floors against scratches, dirt, spillages and traffic. Enhances colour & provides a slip resistant shine with unsurpassed resistance from soiling and wear on all resilient hard floors, including wooden flooring.

For interior use only on:
Stone, Travertine, Limestone, Terrazzo, Sandstone, Slate, Quarry Tiles, Terracotta, Sealed Wood, Linoleum, Marmoleum & Vinyl. 

This unique topical low odour water based coating benefits from advanced adhesion polymer technology, and offers a high gloss appearance in application.

Formulated for use in high traffic areas and is suitable for domestic, commercial and industrial environments.

Directions for use:

Surface Preparation:

The floor must be completely free of all contamination and thoroughly dry prior to application. Any existing coatings or contamination should be stripped first using our Heavy Duty Floor Stripper.

Wooden flooring with old coatings or contamination from wax based products should be completely sanded back & removed.

Application:

With a flat synthetic lint free finish mop applicator, apply a light even coat of High Gloss Floor Sealer, ensure even application. Slightly overlap to join coats when finishing large areas of flooring whilst the coating is still wet to ensure a uniform appearance.

Allow the first coat to dry thoroughly, usually around 20-30 minutes between coats. Apply two more coats until the floor has been finished with a maximum of three coats.

Coverage: 

Approx 300m2 per 5L depending on the absorbency of the surface. Product comes ready to use.

Drying Times:

Touch dry and recoat: 30 minutes.

Suitable for light foot traffic within: 4 hours. Normal foot traffic and normal wear within: 8 hours Full curing hardness is achieved within: 6-7 days

Maintenance:

Maintain the sealed floor by damp mopping or light machine scrub using our Neutral Floor Cleaner. The floor can be burnished once dry if a high gloss appearance is desired. Periodically deep scrub clean with our Floor Maintainer.

Note: Not for use on flexible surfaces like safety floors, altro floors etc.
