XDC – Hard Floor Tile & Stone Deep Cleaner & Degreaser
Standard neutral detergents are for daily upkeep. When you need to strip old wax, remove embedded tyre marks, or eradicate years of compacted grime, you need XDC.
Engineered for professionals, this concentrated pH 11 alkaline compound delivers aggressive cleaning power without scratching, etching, or clouding your floors. It is uniquely balanced to be entirely safe on tile and stone, including delicate substrates like polished marble and glazed ceramics.
Why Choose XDC?
-
Extreme Degreasing: Effortlessly dissolves stubborn organic dirt, heavy oils, and vulcanised rubber tyre transfers.
-
Zero Surface Damage: Formulated to protect acid-sensitive and high-gloss materials from dulling.
-
Highly Concentrated: Dilutable to suit everything from routine deep cleans to total polymer stripping.
-
Synthetic-Friendly: Excels on PVC, epoxy, and polyurethane, alongside traditional masonry.
-
Deep-Pore Extraction: A 10 to 15-minute dwell time pulls ingrained dirt from microscopic pores for a superior finish.
-
Exceptional Yield: Covers up to 10 square metres per litre at standard working ratios (indoor and outdoor use).
Suitable Surfaces
-
Natural Stone: Marble, Limestone, Granite, Slate, Travertine, Quartzite, Basalt, and Agglomerates.
-
Ceramics: Polished, natural, and textured porcelain, glazed ceramics, and Clinker.
-
Industrial: Concrete, Terracotta, PVC, Epoxy, and Polyurethane resins.
Directions for use:
| Task | Ratio (Cleaner : Water) | Best For |
| Polymer & Wax Stripping | Neat (Undiluted) | Dissolving resin layers or finalising double-stripping. |
| Heavy Degreasing | Add 500ml to 1L | Eradicating heavy oil deposits or post-installation cleans. |
| Deep Maintenance | Add 166ml to 1L | Extracting compacted dirt during routine deep-cleaning. |
How to Apply in 4 Simple Steps
-
Prepare: Thoroughly sweep or vacuum the floor to remove loose debris.
-
Apply: Mix your required dilution and distribute evenly with a wide brush or single-disc rotary machine.
-
Activate: Allow 10 to 15 minutes of dwell time, agitating periodically. Top up the fluid if the floor begins to dry.
-
Extract & Rinse: Add fresh water to create a slurry, immediately extract with a wet vacuum, and rinse the floor completely with clean water.
Pro Tip: Always test on a small, inconspicuous area before full application to verify material compatibility. Wait for the floor to dry completely before resuming foot traffic or applying secondary treatments.
