Description

Carpet Rust Remover – 500ml

Effective against:

Resistant rust stains
Metal stains
Blood stains

For professional use on carpets and carpet flooring.

How to remove rust stains from carpet:

Test Rust Remover on a small, inconspicuous section of carpet.

Apply the rust remover to a cloth, use the cloth to apply the solution to the stain. For the best results, work from the outside of the stain toward the centre. Use a bone spatula to massage the solution.
Blot with a clean terry towel until the stain no longer transfers. Be careful not to rub the stained area, or you might damage the carpet fibres.
Rinse the spot with cold water, making sure all excess cleaning solution is removed from the carpet.

I used this the other day on a rust mark on a wool carpet. Came out within seconds with minimal effort leaving me with a happy customer. It is a really great spotter and a must have in any spotting kit.

Today I had a customer who’s table was sitting on a light wool carpet, unfortunately it had rushy metal studs in the bottom of each of its legs, and yeah you’ve guest right each stud had left a nasty rust stain behind. Anyway I indirectly applied the Rust Remover to each of the rust stain and they simply lifted straight out, brilliant product and definitely one worth having in your spot and stain kit. It certainly gets a thumbs up from me and from my last customer too.
