Directions for use:

For normal use: dilute 50ml per 1 litre of warm water, allow 15-20 minutes contact time, rinse or blot with plain water, re-treat and leave.
Heavy urine: 1:1 – dilute 1 litre of Prozyme with 1 litre of warm water, allow 15-20 minutes contact time, machine rinse with plain water, re-treat and leave.

For professional carpet cleaners: clean the area as normal with M-Power etc, then post spray Prozyme at the above dilutions based on contamination.

We had s job to do. Remove carpets and furniture in a house that had a old lady and 2 big dogs in. Discusting. Carpets removed still a bad smell . We sprayed the floors with this de oderiser on Friday and came back Monday . The smell had gone completely 5star job money well spent

We has a problem with an untrained adult dog using a certain area of the house as a toilet. We knew we needed an Enzymatic cleaner to remove the smell from area to assist her training. World of Clean supplied this cleaner very quickly and so far it has worked after just one application.

I used this product to try and remove the smell of mouse pee from the roof lining of a camper van. A difficult problem to localise, access and treat but this product seems to have helped.

I've been buying an enzyme wash from a company and too be honest although I've used the spray canister I bought from the same company and spent quite a bit of money it's not getting rid of the urine...so I've bought this 5 litre pro enzyme which is shall start to use once I'm finished with the previous stuff...I'm also going to buy the lemon deodoriser from worldofclean due to reviews...
I'm hoping this pro enzyme is going to rid the urine smell ....

Had a house soaked in dog urine and some cat wee nothing else cut through it like prozyme it not only reduced the stains but reduced the odours too great for a last ditch attempt at smelly carpets and upholstery cleaning..

This is a great product for dealing with carpet/fabric odours such as urine, vomit etc. Not only does it smell amazing, it also cleans brilliantly while digesting the soiling. Top product 👍

Strange product. But a must have. Firstly, it works. It's what part of the wet cleaning process to use it. I'd say after the rinse, but as it's got deodorizer abilities, and it smells fantastic, not sure what but it's lush, during pre-spray is just as good. Strange product. But a must have. Firstly, it works. It's what part of the wet cleaning process to use it. I'd say after the rinse, but as it's got deodorizer abilities, and it smells fantastic, not sure what but it's lush, during pre-spray is just as good. It really does neutralise smells, urine and cleans leaving a lovely soft floor. So in a nut shell, worth every penny.
